Training
DIMB organizes lectures and workshops, as well as company-specific training sessions, in both online and offline formats. Its areas of expertise include management and workforce participation models, employee data protection, corporate negotiation, and other topics of administrative and legal nature.

All of the Institute's events are interactive, which means you are always welcome to ask questions and engage with the speaker. By the end of each training, the participants receive the German Institute for Employee Participation Certificate, along with additional learning materials.
